If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
What to do to initiate your return:
- Email us at sales@flowtechsys.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide us with proof of purchase AND the shipping tracking number for your return.
- Mail your item with a tracking number within 30 calendar days of delivery to Flowtechsys, 3542A E T C Jester, Houston, TX 77018.
Please Note: You are responsible for your return shipping costs. For more expensive items we recommend getting insurance and a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items that get lost and are not delivered to us.
Refunds Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us and mail the item back to us with a tracking number within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Item must be shipped in appropriate size box and with enough packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and passes inspection, we will refund the cost of the item that same day.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the product cost is refunded.
Refund Timing
Refunds typically take one to three days to arrive in your account. However, it may take up to 10 days to show up on your card or bank account depending on the payment method and the banks processing it.
